Terms of Service

1. What GetMulticast is

GetMulticast is a software service that helps you generate short-form video content (scripts, video, voiceover, captions, thumbnails) and publish it to social media accounts you control and have connected. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it publishes — nothing is published without your explicit approval.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use GetMulticast.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices and plan limits are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
• You can cancel anytime through the Billing page in your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until it's resolved.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use GetMulticast to:

• Generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes someone else's intellectual property or rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Violate the terms of service of any platform you connect (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) or of any third-party AI provider used to generate your content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content ownership

You own the content you generate through GetMulticast, subject to the terms of any underlying AI model provider used to create it. You're solely responsible for the content you approve and publish, including ensuring you have the rights to any source material (text, images, audio) you upload.

6. Third-party services

GetMulticast relies on third-party providers to function — including AI generation providers, Upload-Post.com for publishing, and Stripe for payments. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes by these third parties, though we'll do our best to keep the service working smoothly around them.

7. No guarantee of results

We don't guarantee that generated content will perform well on any platform, that publishing will always succeed (platform APIs and connected-account status can affect this), or that any specific AI model will be available at all times. Some models listed in GetMulticast may be newly added and unverified against live use — we label these clearly in the product.

8. Limitation of liability

GetMulticast is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or content that fails to publish.

9. Termination

You can stop using GetMulticast and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
