Posting, scheduling, AI captions and the inbox are free. You only pay for credit packs, which are used for AI video generation. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay.
Every credit pack is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Credits not used within 30 days expire automatically and are removed from your account, whether or not any were used. Expired credits can't be refunded or restored. We send an in-app reminder 3 days before a pack expires.
If you bought a credit pack and haven't used any of its credits, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase. Email us from the address on your account with the date of the purchase.
Credits that have already been spent on AI video generation can't be refunded, because the generation cost has already been paid to our AI providers. If you used part of a pack, we may refund the unused part at our discretion.
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or a video failed to generate but credits were still taken, tell us and we'll refund the charge or return the credits — no time limit.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them. Credits from a refunded pack are removed from your account.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you have under the consumer law of your country.
