Credit packs are added to your GetMulticast account instantly after a successful payment, usually within a few seconds. You can see your balance under Settings → Credits.
If your payment went through but credits didn't appear within 15 minutes, email support@getmulticast.com with the payment date and amount, and we'll fix it right away or refund you — see our Refund Policy.
GetMulticast is available worldwide, except in countries where sanctions or local law prevent it.
